Job Description

OPA Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing team serving Rossville, GA .

We currently have nursing positions open for Hospice Care, Wound Care, and Skilled Nursing Visits .

Responsibilities:

Provide quality one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
Provide skilled nursing visits based on patient needs and care plans.
Perform assessments, treatments, and skilled nursing services as ordered.
Provide wound care and/or hospice care based on the assigned position.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
Complete accurate clinical documentation.
Educate and support patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Current Georgia RN or LPN license in good standing.
Hospice, wound care, and/or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
