Human Resources - People Analyst (On-Site)

People Analyst (On-Site) - $60,000 - $100,000 annually

Position Summary: The People Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with federal and state requirements. This role also provides essential support to employees across the organization by administering benefits, managing employee records, and supporting key HR processes and the department head. By combining technical expertise with a high level of service, the Analyst helps create a seamless employee experience and supports the overall health of the organization.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Own and optimize Human Resources systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Act as the HRIS system owner, ensuring the platform is optimized for Human Resources operations.
  • Set up and manage the open enrollment process within the HRIS.
  • Lead implementation of new modules in the current HRIS system.
  • Create and manage reporting for both HR and broader organizational health metrics.
  • Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital employee records.
  • Own all compliance-related reporting for both federal and state requirements.
• Provide Human Resources support and deliver a high level of service to employees across the organizations.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to deliver a high level of service internally.
  • Administer internal benefit programs.
  • Prepare Human Resources documents to support the team and the organizations.
  • Track affirmative action data and workers’ compensation cases.
• Executive Support
  • Provide and create executive HR dashboards and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP and Director of People.
  • Participate in Human Resources projects.
  • Administer employee surveys to gather feedback and support engagement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience :

• Experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or other relevant role.
• Experience with HR software: Dayforce preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
• Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
