Licensed Loan Processor

Providing quality customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Licensed Loan Processor will be responsible for obtaining necessary documentation for loan underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the loan pipeline. Key responsibilities: Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance Communicate with customers and Loan Officers to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan approval process Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass software Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DU and LP systems
