Delivery Station Customer Care Specialist

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, DSL to support in-station operations and ensure on-time package delivery. You will engage with customers, colleagues, and delivery partners to resolve issues and provide accurate updates. This role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours/week) at one of our last-mile facilities.
