Project Superintendent

What You'll Do

As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll serve as a key representative of AnderCorp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and promoting a strong jobsite safety culture

Managing daily field operations and onsite coordination

Driving project schedules and subcontractor performance

Maintaining quality control and adherence to plans and specifications

Coordinating inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activities

Leading trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetings

Collaborating closely with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partners

Supporting project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolution

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction experience
• 5+ years of field supervision experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction technology, scheduling software, and project management platforms
