Job Description

Jimmy John’s In Hot Springs needs motivated individuals to work as a Part-Time or Full-Time Delivery Driver. JJ’s is a fast-paced, family-owned, and fun place to work. The job requires some night and/or weekend shifts.

Requirements:

A dependable person with a strong work ethic.
Good driving record and valid insurance
Reliable transportation.
Responsible and honest when handling money.
Excellent customer service skills.

Duties for drivers include:

Taking deliveries within a five-minute range.
Taking orders by phone when in the shop.
Assisting the in-shop personnel by providing excellent customer service.
Helping in shop staff keep the shop clean and running smoothly when not out on delivery.

Compensation:

Salary starts at $12/hour.
Mileage reimbursement and tips for drivers.
With tips, drivers average $15 - $20/hour.
