SBA Credit Analyst
Babich & Associates
Our customer is a Commercial Lending Company. The SBA Credit Analyst will work as part of a small team to underwrite SBA loans to mitigate risk. Ideally the right candidate will have 1-3 years of SBA underwriting and loan modification experience. You will review tax returns and financial documents, communicate with vendors, and prepare recommendations and reports for management. You will start out with a few special projects and can expect excellent training. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a credit analyst or underwriter with a solid commercial underwriting skills CRE, C&I and/or SBA loans Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, is highly preferred Skills required Ability to within a team Ability to work within the policies and comply with all state and federal regulations Ability to solve problems in real time Loan spreading and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Babich & Associates
