Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Purchasing Administrator & Yard Manager to support our field teams and manage our yard operations. This is a key role in our company, ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and knows how to get things done. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organize yard equipment. 
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and field crews. 
• Keep the yard clean, safe, and efficient. 
• Manage and supervise yard workers and delivery drivers.
• Track orders, receipts, and invoices using basic computer tools .
• Enter purchase orders into accounting system.
• Support project managers with procurement and logistics .

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong organizational and logistics skills.
• Construction experience (concrete preferred). 
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.) 
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.
