Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will bring a robust set of qualifications, including: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading. 2. Proven experience in project management and construction management. 3. Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software. 4. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals. 6.
