Position Summary Connections That Matter, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Therapist / Clinical Assessor to provide comprehensive clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy services. This role includes conducting diagnostic evaluations and delivering therapy services across telehealth, office-based, and community-based settings , with telehealth as a primary modality. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments , including diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations Provide individual, family, and group outpatient mental health therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Deliver services via telehealth, office-based, home-based, and community-based settings as clinically appropriate Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families Continuously assess client needs, progress, service effectiveness, and appropriateness of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members , caregivers, schools, and other service providers Maintain timely , accurate , and compliant clinical documentation , including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing documentation in accordance with Medicaid, COMAR, and CTM standards Adhere to all ethical, professional, and regulatory standards governing outpatient mental health services Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work , Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline Active Maryland license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC) Minimum 2 years of experience conducting clinical assessments and providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders Strong clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with telehealth platforms , electronic health records, and community-based service delivery Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative team What CTM Offers Competitive per-session compensation Flexible scheduling (daytime, evening, and limited weekend availability) Primarily remote and telehealth-based work Supportive clinical leadership and administrative support Opportunities for professional growth , expanded roles, and program development Job Type: Contract Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Connections That Matter
