Farm Assistant

Title: Farm Assistant Heartbeet Lifesharing is a licensed non‑profit therapeutic community residence for individuals with developmental disabilities located in Hardwick, Vermont. The community combines social and agricultural activities in extended family households, supporting each member to discover and develop their unique abilities and potential.
