What You'll Do

You'll help children ages 0–21 build the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, behavioral, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, self-care, handwriting, executive functioning, coordination, and functional independence.
• Partner with families through education, coaching, and home programs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License (or eligible)
• NBCOT Certification

Preferred

• Pediatric outpatient, school, or early intervention experience
• Passion for family-centered, evidence-based care
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
