Propósito del rol
Ejecutar pruebas manuales funcionales y de regresión sobre los aplicativos del cliente, identificando, documentando y reportando defectos, y verificando que las soluciones cumplan con los criterios de aceptación y los requerimientos funcionales definidos, en coordinación con los equipos de desarrollo y negocio.
Responsabilidades principales
Diseñar y ejecutar casos de prueba funcionales, de regresión y exploratorias a partir de historias de usuario y requerimientos; aplicar técnicas de diseño de pruebas como partición de equivalencia y análisis de valores límite; gestionar el ciclo de vida de defectos en herramientas como Jira, Azure DevOps o Bugzilla; documentar planes de prueba, casos de prueba y evidencias de ejecución; validar APIs con herramientas básicas como Postman; realizar consultas SQL básicas para validar integridad de datos; y trabajar de forma coordinada con desarrollo y negocio dentro de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
Requisitos
Experiencia sólida (senior) en QA manual, con dominio comprobado en diseño y ejecución de casos de prueba, técnicas de diseño de pruebas, gestión de defectos, documentación de pruebas, Postman y SQL básico. Experiencia trabajando en equipos ágiles.
