Practice Overview: – Newly opened practice with strong community potential – 4-day workweek – 8 operatories with room to grow – Experienced clinical support team: 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants – No Medicaid – patient base is primarily insurance and cash-pay – Emphasis on comprehensive general dentistry with implant placement as a plus – Seeking a dentist interested in being a long-term practice builder and leader – Daily minimum with transition to 30–32% of adjusted production – PTO and paid holidays This is a great opportunity for a driven provider to take on a visible leadership role with clinical autonomy and strong growth potential in a supportive, well-resourced practice environment.
