Startup Setting | Leadership Opportunity | 4-Day Workweek

An established private dental practice in Columbia, SC is seeking a motivated General Dentist to help lead and grow a recently opened location. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who thrives in a collaborative, high-potential environment and is excited to help shape a practice from the ground up.

Practice Overview:

– Newly opened practice with strong community potential

– 4-day workweek

– 8 operatories with room to grow

– Experienced clinical support team: 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants

– No Medicaid – patient base is primarily insurance and cash-pay

– Emphasis on comprehensive general dentistry with implant placement as a plus

– Seeking a dentist interested in being a long-term practice builder and leader

– Daily minimum with transition to 30–32% of adjusted production

– PTO and paid holidays
