Have your CDL-A but not a lot of road time behind you yet? This Dedicated Dollar Tree account is built for drivers just starting out — steady miles, weekly home time, and an experienced driver riding shotgun to help you build real confidence on the road.

Lane Details:

• No CDL-A driving experience required — new CDL-A holders are paired with an experienced driver to learn the account

• Touch freight account where drivers unload dry freight using rollers — a great fit if you like staying active while you drive

• Deliver to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY

• On this fleet, drivers average 970 miles per week, completing three turns per week with an average of 3-5 stops per load

• Home Time: 34-hour weekly reset that falls on either a Saturday or Sunday

• Shifts Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat based on candidate location

• Mileage pay, Unload pay, Backhaul pay

• Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling 53-ft trailers

• Can park trucks at home as long as it's safe and secure

Accessorial Pay Details:

• Layover 24 hours - $200 per day

• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

• Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day

• Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load

• St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

• Clean DOT Inspection - $25

• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• 21 years of age or older

• No prior driving experience required — this fleet is designed to help new CDL-A holders get started
