Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our agile team within the Commercial Credit Technology organization. You will contribute to program increments as prioritized by platform management, with a primary focus on Salesforce (SFDC), and secondary exposure to Mule ESB and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platform development and integration, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug software applications following established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the onsite team to analyze requirements and tailor existing technology solutions.
• Maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting defects across multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
• Create and maintain automation test suites using appropriate tools.
• Provide weekend on-call support during application releases.
• Guide and review work of junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience, with at least 6-8 years on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration.
• Experience delivering 3-4 large enterprise implementations on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with significant customizations on Force.com.
• Integration experience using Mule ESB or ETL tools with at least 3-4 integrations.
• Ability to estimate stories, design solutions, and conduct code reviews with consideration of governor limits and best practices.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation test suites and understanding of functional testing processes.
• Experience with Agile, preferably SAFe, and working in onsite/offshore models.
• Release management using Force.com Metadata API and enterprise deployment practices.
• Experience building integrations and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA, preferably in IT or Computer Science.
• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Lightning experience, Chatter API, and advanced Visualforce components.
• Knowledge of nCino and Credit Underwriting technologies.
• ETL experience with Informatica and RDBMS fundamentals.
• Proven support of production releases and willingness to work off-hours for business needs.
