Senior Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology (Roanoke, VA) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Oncology Sales Specialist for a field-based role in Virginia to sell oncology therapeutics, manage assigned territories, and develop customer relationships while demonstrating clinical product knowledge and achieving sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and sell current and prospective oncology therapeutics within assigned territory
• Conduct business analysis, prospect new business, and develop account penetration strategies with District Manager
• Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials with clinical support based on product efficacy
• Maintain deep knowledge of specialty products, healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement, and market dynamics
• Attend required meetings, complete training, and manage administrative compliance and reporting duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Two+ years direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with documented results
• Oncology specialty sales and/or major hospital account sales experience
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnight stays
• Complex reimbursement and managed care knowledge in competitive environments
• Strong relationship-building and key decision-maker identification skills
• Virtual engagement and technology proficiency
