• Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment
• Work with hand tools, microscopes, blades, and precision instruments
• Rotate through multiple stations and expand your skill set through cross‑training
• Perform detailed assembly and inspection under a microscope
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards
• Communicate clearly in English for documentation and auditing
• Assist with labeling tasks that require accurate color recognition

• Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to read measurements using rulers and calipers
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
• Organized, reliable, and willing to work overtime when needed

• 6+ months of medical assembly or manufacturing experience
• Cleanroom or microscope experience
• Reliable transportation

Entry‑level candidates are welcome—training is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth,MN.
