MEP BIM Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead VDC/BIM coordination for large commercial mechanical construction projects. This role will oversee BIM standards, model quality, clash detection, and coordination efforts from preconstruction through project completion while supporting field operations and fabrication. Responsibilities: Manage BIM/VDC processes for large commercial mechanical projects. Lead coordination meetings with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Oversee Revit modeling, Navisworks clash detection, and model quality control. Develop BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. Support prefabrication, installation planning, and field coordination. Mentor BIM designers and coordinators while driving continuous process improvement. Qualifications: 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with a mechanical contractor. Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience on large commercial projects, including healthcare, data centers, industrial, or mission-critical facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
