Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: The Dalles , OR Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments for Veterans. Perform physical assessments including METs testing, cardiovascular evaluations, and respiratory diagnostics. Execute range of motion and muscle strength testing as required for disability evaluation. Review medical records and provide professional medical opinions based on examination findings. Complete follow-up administrative work, including report submissions, addendums, and reading diagnostics. Utilize a personal laptop (non-Apple/Mac) for all documentation and portal entries. Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license. Certification: Must be board certified (AANP or equivalent board) and willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified. Clinical Proficiency: Experienced in METs testing, as well as evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Specialties: Open to Physicians with backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine. Documentation: Candidates must provide a CV with their current home address, a copy of an ECFMG certificate (if medical school was attended outside the U.S.), and a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. Office Requirements: If utilizing a personal office, it must meet all accessibility requirements, including designated handicap parking, wheelchair-accessible entrances, and compliant exam rooms. Photos of the facility must be provided for review. Technology: Ownership of a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) is required for system compatibility. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts 5 hours or longer (includes exam time, reports, and addendums). Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts 4 hours or less.
