Bish's RV Coldwater 891 E Chicago St Coldwater, MI 49036, USA Description We’relooking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role,you'llassistin diagnosing,maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.You’llwork under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Objectives Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work,timelyservice, and a helpful attitude Responsibilities Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation Assistwith inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Help with the installation of accessories andaftermarketparts Document completed work accurately andassistwith service records. Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisorsregardingprogress or issues with repairs. Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
