Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 20 years as a Retail Store Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, customer service, accountability, and developing strong teams. Family is a big part of my life. I have two sons and enjoy spending time with them whenever I can. Outside of work, you'll often find me golfing, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or participating in activities with the local Tri-County Snowmobile Club. Giving back to the community is also important to me. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shane Huber - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
