Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate

Job Description Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate located in Westchester, OH. The role combines driving and warehouse duties, supporting the delivery of Mondelez products. The position requires union representation. Schedule and Location Schedule: Mon–Sat (5 days), 40–45 hrs per week, shifts between 7 am and 11 pm/2 am depending on routes. Primary location: 8900 Global Way, West Chester, OH 45071. Driving routes: Interstate (Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana). Overnight routes: Stay out 2 nights per week with food and hotel covered. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment. Complete daily field service activities, including customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records. Perform duties scheduled by the foreman and supervisor. Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel in delivery areas and communicate customer needs to the customer‑service team. Participate in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization. Work in warehousing: order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading delivery trucks. Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner. Maintain an accurate running inventory. Adhere to safety and quality checks. Job Specific Requirements Must hold a CDL‑Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience. Must have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment, lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Capable of passing requirements for relevant licenses to operate equipment. Strong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other assigned duties. Preferred: direct store delivery experience (DSD). Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus. Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check. FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required. Qualifications for Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate Follow schedules and instructions from Route Manager or Dispatch. Record, report, and return defective items as per company policy. Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments. Adhere to safety and quality checks. Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks per standard procedures. Use a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and times, and use a scanner for deliveries. Be flexible with daily changing routes and working times. Will work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures. Salary and Benefits Hourly payrate: $28 per hour.
