Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician who is energized by working with complex presentations in children and families — someone who brings both clinical sophistication and genuine warmth to their work. What You’ll Do Provide individual, family, and caregiver sessions using trauma‑informed, attachment‑based frameworks including TBRI®, IFS, CBT, and play therapy Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation consistent with NYS and agency standards Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community systems as part of a coordinated care approach Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation meetings Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and trauma‑informed principles in all aspects of your work What We Offer Flexible scheduling: Build a caseload of 10–15 sessions per week around your life Compensation: Session‑based pay structured to cover both billable and non‑billable time. $35‑$50 per hour based on experience Supervision: Regular, quality supervision from a NYS‑approved supervisor for all associate‑level clinicians. Our clinicians are trained in and supported to use frameworks including Trust‑Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy.
