Senior Living Resident Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Plan Counselor to help older adults and their families navigate options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you will listen to prospective residents, understand their goals and needs, explain available services, and guide them through planning and decision-making. Partner with community teams to coordinate information and provide a respectful, supportive experience from initial inquiry through next steps.
