Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Senior Associate or Counsel for its Nashville, TN office. The role involves managing commercial real estate transactions, including lease reviews, acquisitions, and dispositions, from contract negotiation through due diligence and closing. Duties Manage routine commercial real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and JV agreements. Conduct transaction due diligence. Handle general real estate development. Collaborate on complex engagements in a team environment. Requirements J.D. degree and state bar membership required. 6+ years of experience in sophisticated deal work preferred. Strong background in title and survey items preferred. Licensed to practice law in the applicable state. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Certifications State bar membership Skills Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
