Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of shortages.
- Assist with kitchen prep work and other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
