Crew Manager / Team Lead - $22.00 - $24.00/hr DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a  Crew Manager / Team Lead for our concrete precast client in Indianapolis, IN area to start immediately at $22.- $24/hr DOE! must be able to work  Full-Time | 6PM-6AM .Opportunity offering competitive pay, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. 

Position Overview:

The Crew Manager / Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing  daily operations on the packaging production line , ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires a  strong leader with hands-on experience who can support the team, coordinate production activities, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Step in to assist with production tasks as needed to maintain workflow during employee breaks or lunch periods.
• Develop and manage shift schedules, ensuring optimal workforce allocation and productivity.
• Oversee routine maintenance checks, reporting any necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
• Maintain accurate records of production performance, KPIs, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with management, maintenance, and other departments to streamline operations and address challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging production environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing production needs.
• Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Competitive hourly pay: $20-24/hr based on experience
