ComForCare Home Care is a licensed home health and home care agency providing skilled nursing and non-medical home care to patients throughout York and Adams Counties. ComForCare is currently in need of LPNs in Hanover, PA to provide care for a patient in need of wound care, med administration, assist with ADLs, ROM and daily hygiene, bed/chair transfers, catheterization. First and second shift available 40 hours per week, seven days/week for this patient 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am.
