NOW HIRING: Nights & Weekend Dispatcher
Family-Owned & Operated Towing Company – West Bend, WI

Compensation: Commission-Based

Work Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Shift: 5:00 PM Friday – 7:00 AM Monday
Hours can be negotiated if needed.

Remote Position – Local Candidates Required This is primarily a remote/work-from-home position; however, employees must live locally and be able to report to our location daily to pick up and return necessary equipment. Once equipment is picked up, the remainder of the shift may be worked remotely from home.

Because of the daily equipment requirement, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our location.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Nights & Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks while working from home. If you love problem-solving and want flexibility in your schedule, this is a great fit.

• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn dispatch software.

• Ability to remain calm and professional with customers and drivers.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Route and dispatch drivers to jobs quickly and efficiently.
• Track driver locations, job status, and completion updates.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers throughout the shift.
• Answer calls professionally and schedule towing services.
• Provide ETA updates and follow-up support to customers.
• Handle basic customer concerns and communicate solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of calls, jobs, and driver activity.
