Key Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, coordinating diagnostic protocols, and crafting personalized treatment plans
• Identifying and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in conjunction with physicians or autonomously (contingent upon registration)
• Guiding patients and their families through health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Administering prescriptions and treatment options within your professional scope
• Engaging in follow-up care and managing chronic conditions

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days)
