The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Refrigeration Technician to work at a company located in the Wooster, OH area!

Pay Based on Experience

Pay Range $23hr-$25hr

Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the refrigeration and utility systems while complying with PSM and RMP guidelines.

This position requires a candidate that has a strong attention to detail and is safety conscious.

1. Must know all GMP's and plant rules
2. Must pass all tests and verifications for: LOTO, pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift, Ammonia system, confined spaces, and electrical safety (Arc flash)
3. Basic knowledge of ammonia refrigeration system
4. Basic knowledge of PSM documentation
5. Basic industrial boiler knowledge
6. Basic industrial hot water heater and pump knowledge
7. Basic knowledge of air compressors
8. Basic knowledge of industrial electronics including up to 480V
9. Understanding of ammonia labeling and symbols
10. Must be capable of minor refrigeration and utilities rebuilds
11. Must be capable of answering calls related to and involving refrigeration and utilities.
12. Capable of basic troubleshooting skills involving refrigeration and utilities
13. Successful completion of WMI Level 1 Refrigeration course
14. Two to four years related experience
