The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.As the Senior Specialist, Logistics at RXO, you are responsible for monitoring all operations daily workload including but not limited to customer relations, bidding available freight, monitoring drivers, delivery and routing issues with external customers and contracted drivers. This position involves heavy phone and email contact between external customers and contracted drivers and carriers. In addition, the position is responsible for data entry tasks.
