Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This role can be fully remote/telehealth or in person at our Fairfax, VA office — your choice. Higher pay is considered for those willing to work hybrid or primarily in person. You set your own schedule and caseload, with flexible part-time hours to start. Compensation $120–$160/hour, based on experience, structured as a percentage revenue split with the practice to be negotiated Competitive with (and often exceeding) platform rates like Rula, Headway, and Alma Higher split offered to NPs able to practice autonomously Pay increases upon completing Spravato and/or TMS administration training Higher pay considered for in-person or hybrid clinicians Transitions to full W-2 salary + benefits once you reach full-time status (10+ patients/follow-ups per day, or averaging ~50 patient contacts/week) Benefits — Part-Time (1099) Paid licensure application and fees for Maryland and Washington, D.C.
