East Coast Regional Payor Manager - Eye Health

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Regional Account Manager for Payor Accounts on the East Coast to drive coverage and reimbursement for MIGS devices. You will partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and HUB to optimize payer policies and provider access, traveling extensively to build payor relationships.
The role requires 5+ years in payor/reimbursement in medical devices, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to interpret CMS rules and LCDs. Competitive compensation and benefits provided.
