About the Position

Opportunity:

OT - Rehabilitation

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• One weekend shift required per month (Saturday and Sunday availability)
• Ability to float to Gilbert location approximately 15 minutes away if needed based on census
• Oversee approximately 9 patients per therapist for team conference reporting
• Treat adult patient population across neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, amputation, orthopedics, wound care, and respiratory therapy
• Must have experience with Adult, SNF, IRF, and Acute settings
• 2 to 3 years of experience required
• Utilize equipment including In-motion, Synaptic, EKSO, and VR
• Work within EHR systems UDS and Cerner
• Scrub color required: Maroon
• Report to therapy team upon arrival at facility

The facility offers specialized programs including neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injury care, brain injury treatment, stroke rehabilitation, amputation recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, wound care, and respiratory therapy. The multidisciplinary therapy team works collaboratively to help patients regain function, independence, and quality of life following injury or illness.
