Factory Operations Supervisor — Lead Quality & Safety
The Kinetic Group
The Kinetic Group is seeking a Factory Operations Supervisor at our Anoka, MN Rifle Plant. You will supervise manufacturing activities, coach staff, and drive safety, quality and delivery goals. The position reports to the Factory Operations Manager and runs a night shift (Fri–Sun and alternating Thursday 7:00pm–7:00am). Ideal candidates bring leadership in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.
