Interim Financial Analyst with Higher Ed

This is a Temporary role for now, up to 30-$33/hr. 3+ months with potential for extension. 2 days in office on Hayden Ave in NYC. Higher Education This will MOVE FAST!! Contract Hybrid- NYC Must Haves: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience Reconciliations, invoicing, and accounts receivable management. Minimum of three years of related financial or research administration experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with financial management in clinical research Familiarity with industry-sponsored clinical trials Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Demonstrated ability to work with investigators, research teams, and administrative partners Experience interpreting contracts and budgets Knowledge of university or academic medical center financial systems and policies Job Description: The Financial Analyst supports the financial operations of industry-sponsored clinical trials. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, the analyst plays a key role in managing clinical trial finances on behalf of investigators and their teams.
