Security Lead Officer

Securitas is in need of a Security Lead Officer in Carlsbad, CA Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Must have high level customer service background. Some supervisor experience preferred. Detailed report writing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership.
