The IRP Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and responding to critical FAB infrastructure and facility systems during shift operations. Serving as the primary on-site technical resource during off-hours and weekends, this role ensures a rapid response to equipment failures, utility disruptions, and facility alarms to minimize downtime and maintain safe, continuous operations. Qualifications:

• Watch FAB infrastructure and respond immediately to alarms, system faults, and equipment failures.

• Incident Response & Monitoring:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Independently diagnose and fix complex mechanical and control system issues during standard and off-shift hours.

• Maintenance Execution: Perform scheduled preventive and urgent corrective maintenance on critical utility and cleanroom systems.

• Emergency Response & Safety: Serve as an active ERT member and strictly enforce LOTO, PPE, and safety protocols.

• Cross-Team Incident Management: Lead initial containment, escalate high-risk failures, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams.

• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Record shift activities, repairs, and incidents in tracking systems to boost overall equipment reliability.
