Warehouse Supervisor

Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Night Shift | Warehouse Operations

Mitchell Companies is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead nightly warehouse operations and support the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage products. This position plays a key role in leading warehouse employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring the ability to work independently and effectively during overnight operations.

Schedule

This position is a night-shift leadership role with two available schedule options:

• 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM, Monday-Thursday
• 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday-Thursday

Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining a consistent four-day schedule.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Lead, train, and support warehouse employees to promote strong performance and productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
• Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices
• Provide leadership and decision-making support during overnight warehouse operations
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight operations
• Willingness and ability to work the assigned night-shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Experience in the beverage industry
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Forklift certification

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse leadership position. Employees routinely:

• Stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Bend, reach, lift, and perform other physical warehouse activities
• Lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including refrigerated areas
• Work around warehouse equipment and varying levels of noise
• Work overnight and during extended evening/early-morning hours
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
