Resource Community Outreach & Holistic Wellness Services, Inc. (RCOHWS) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our growing nonprofit behavioral health and counseling services team.

We are looking for compassionate, professional clinicians who are passionate about providing accessible mental health services and supporting individuals and families in our community.

Position Overview

• Position: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Schedule: Flexible; part-time opportunities available
• Compensation: Contract-based compensation, discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family counseling within the clinician’s authorized scope of practice.
• Complete timely clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Oklahoma licensing requirements.
• Coordinate care with appropriate providers when authorized.
• Maintain compliance with applicable payer documentation and billing requirements.
• Participate in required administrative and clinical coordination activities.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma LPC license in good standing.
• Appropriate professional liability insurance.
• Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-centered care skills.
• Eligibility to enroll with or be credentialed by applicable insurance payers, as required for the position.
