Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active Ohio State Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient adult physical therapy preferred.
Ability to work scheduled shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM weekdays, with holiday and weekend rotation.
