Marketing Assistant For Health Of Women

Your Responsibilities

Within the Marketing France Department, you will be attached to the Women's Health Team (5 people).

Attached to the Group Manager of the team, you will assist him/her and the product managers on the following main missions:

• Assist product managers in the development of new tools and the update of existing tools (visit tools, PLV, etc.)
• Assist product managers on performance analyses of products/brands and ROI analyses of activations (especially for the general public and trade)
• Coordinate cross-functional projects of the women's health pillar: women's community, coordination of congresses with different services (marketing, congress and medical poles), Iprad club (podcast, newsletter and performance analyses)
• Merchandising and PLV: participate in the Merchandising reflection and the development/improvement of PLV
• Participate in the management of budgets and purchase requests on the finance tools

Your Profile

• With a marketing background (Bac+4/5), you ideally have initial experience in internships or apprenticeships in product management assistant/marketing.
• You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of analysis, and organization.
• You are also able to work in a team and are recognized for your seriousness.
• You are proficient in the Office Pack and have a good level of English.
• You have an interest in contributing to the development of marketing actions for your product portfolio dedicated to women's health, within the scope of our French subsidiary.
• You are comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
