Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Olive Branch, MS.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $238,800 annual base salary
• 8 weeks PTO
• $10,400 seniority premium - 10+ years of experience
• $16,667 commencement bonus
• $16,667 annual retention bonus
• $3,000 education stipend

Practice Environment:

• Anesthesia supervision model
• Over 40,000 cases | over 6,000 births | over 40 anesthetizing locations
• Five facilities: 30-minute commute time between all locations
• General, cardiac, vascular, neuro, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, plastics, obstetrical, NORA etc.
• CRNAs practice to their full scope of practice and can perform regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines
• Over 40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)
• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s

Qualifications:

• Active state license | DEA | state CDS
• Board certification required.
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
