Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our proprietary platform, combined with your personal network, to identify potential healthcare candidates

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introducing the opportunities at MLR while gauging their interest

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluation

* Follow up with prospective leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our applicant tracking system

* Reap commission based on meetings arranged, interviews processed, and successful hires stemming from your leads
