Provide 1:1 care for a child in the comfort of their home while building a meaningful relationship with the patient and family. Our CNAs support children with daily care needs while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

We carefully match caregivers with the right-fit family for long-term success. With supportive leadership, training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you'll feel confident and prepared from day one.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care in the home
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and document vital signs
• Provide compassionate support to the child and family
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable caregivers
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred, but not required
• A caring heart and strong reliability
