Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive pay with opportunities for growth Excellent benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation Paid training provided (no prior RV experience needed) Active outdoor work in a positive, team-oriented environment Be part of a company where “Our People Make the Difference” What You’ll Do RV Detailing Wash, clean, and detail exteriors of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes Scrub RV roofs — removing dirt, debris, and buildup Safely use ladders for roof cleaning Maintain detailing equipment and supplies Lot Support & Movement Move RVs in and out of detail bays using a forklift (and spotter) Help organize inventory and keep the lot looking sharp Support Sales and Service teams as needed Facility Upkeep Maintain clean dealership buildings and grounds Clean and stock restrooms Handle trash removal and general housekeeping Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors year-round (including Arizona summers) Able to work safely on ladders and at heights Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Forklift experience is a plus — we will train the right person Valid driver’s license preferred Team player who can also work independently We make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
