Warehouse Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack/EPJ) | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Redlands, CA 92374 - 100% on-site
• Payrate: $19.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Warehouse Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack/EPJ) | Summary and Highlights:


The Warehouse Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack/EPJ) will accurately pick cases using pick tickets/labels and handheld RF scanning devices to support warehouse order fulfillment. This role operates material handling equipment (including an electric pallet jack) to move product safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack/EPJ) | Responsibilities:

• Pick cases accurately using pick tickets/labels and handheld scanner/RF devices
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and other warehouse equipment as needed to move product
• Stage, transport, and organize product to support shipping and warehouse flow
• Maintain basic records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Work in a metrics-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and quality

Warehouse Case Picker (Electric Pallet Jack/EPJ) | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience (must be shown on resume)
• Effective and accurate case picking experience
• Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using handheld scanners/RF devices
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write in English and perform basic math
