Position Overview
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account offering strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and weekly home time.
Drivers on this account average two loads per week with multi-stop deliveries throughout the Midwest and surrounding states.
Position Highlights- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Average weekly pay: $1,825
- Average annual pay: $95,000
- Dedicated account
- Consistent freight
- Modern equipment including Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
- Delivering freight in IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO
- $0.75 CPM regardless of experience
- $285 full trailer unload pay
- $20 per stop
- $50 per backhaul
- Approx. $1.18 all-in CPM including:
- mileage pay
- stop pay
- unload pay
- accessorial pay
- 100% driver unload freight*
- Freight unloaded box-by-box using rollers
- Average 2 loads per week
- Average 3–5 stops per route
- 1-week ride-along training after orientation
- Paid at $150 per day
- Early morning deliveries
- Night driving required
- Drivers must complete 10-hour break prior to unloading
- Night, weekend, and holiday deliveries may be required
- Average 1,500 miles weekly
- Valid CDL-A license
- 3 months minimum class A experience required
